Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, although i did search the forum but im just wanting to check im not doing anything wrong with the ftp settings.

Im using the recommended filezilla software and in the site manager wizard im using normal for the login type and put the login name in the user box,it seems to connect but cannot retrieve a directory list.

Just wondering if im doing the right thing

I had some issue with the FTP recently and i think it should be ok now.

Try to reconnect and let me know if it's ok.
